We currently do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Refunds or replacements will only be provided if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos.

Please note:
- Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
